Our Clinic
We are pleased to announce the re-opening of our clinic in Eden Prairie. We have moved to the Star Bank building, located in the parking lot of the Eden Prairie Mall.
Drop-in hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm. Other hours are available by appointment.
