Melissa is pleased to offer in-person consultation services to parents of children who struggle with reading, writing, and spelling.
Together, you will design a roadmap for your student's success.

The webcast is about 3 hours long, but watch as much of it as you can. Take notes about symptoms that seem to fit your child and symptoms that do not. Bring these notes with you to the consultation.
Write down any questions you have after watching the webcast.
To help Melissa prepare for your consultation, please put together the following the following items for your student:
Copies of past report cards
Copies of prior testing, including standardized testing
Three or four schoolwork samples
IEP or 504 plan documentation, if applicable
Any other documentation that you feel would be helpful

She will review the documents prior to the scheduled consultation. The consultation is for parents only.
From the documents, and from additional information you will provide at the consultation, we will determine if testing is appropriate and discuss all testing and screening options with you.
Melissa will also answer any questions you may have about accomodations, tutoring, or other services and available resources.
There is a consultation fee of $50. If you choose to enroll your student in any of our services, the full amount of this fee is applied toward those services.
